Our Services
Our work includes peer support, recovery-focused groups, creative activities, physical wellbeing, community outreach and informal social spaces that reduce isolation and build connection. Everything we offer is shaped by real experiences and delivered with dignity, respect, and choice.
We also work in partnership with other organisations to provide access to training and educational opportunities, helping people build confidence, skills, and pathways towards volunteering, learning, or employment.
All support is free and offered at a human pace. We meet people where they are and walk alongside them as they move forward.
Our Groups
Our groups offer different ways for people to connect, feel supported, and focus on their wellbeing. All groups are free, non-clinical, and grounded in lived experience. Most sessions run on a drop-in basis and you’re welcome to attend in a way that feels right for you, whether that’s joining in fully or just being present.

Our outreach sessions support people who may not yet feel ready or able to attend groups.
Community Outreach
Our community outreach supports people who are sleeping rough, living in temporary accommodation, or experiencing social isolation.
We meet people where they are, offering a listening ear, consistent human connection, and providing food and refreshments during outreach sessions. Where possible, we also offer practical support and help people connect with groups, services, and opportunities when they feel ready.
-

-
We believe recovery is strengthened when people have access to learning, skills, and opportunity.
Through partnerships with trusted organisations, we support people to access training and educational courses that help build confidence, knowledge, and pathways towards volunteering, further learning, or employment. These opportunities are offered in a supportive, accessible way and shaped around individual readiness and choice.
