Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral to attend?

No. Most of our groups and activities are available on a drop-in basis, and no referral is required. If you’d like more information before attending, you’re welcome to contact us.

Do I need to be in recovery to attend?

No. You don’t need to be at any particular stage. People attend for many different reasons, and you’re welcome whether you’re just starting out, in recovery, or simply looking for connection and support.

Who are your services for?

Our services are for adults (18+) affected by addiction, poor mental health, homelessness, social isolation or anyone who feels they would benefit from community-based support.

Is there a cost to attend?

No. All of our groups, activities, and outreach support are free.

What happens when I come for the first time?

You’ll be welcomed by a member of the team. There’s no pressure to talk or take part. You can join in as much or as little as feels right for you.

Do you support people who are homeless or sleeping rough?

Yes. Our community outreach supports people who are sleeping rough, living in temporary accommodation, or experiencing social isolation. We also provide food and refreshments during outreach sessions.
