Our Services

Our work includes peer support, recovery-focused groups, creative activities, physical wellbeing, community outreach and informal social spaces that reduce isolation and build connection. Everything we offer is shaped by real experiences and delivered with dignity, respect, and choice.

We also work in partnership with other organisations to provide access to training and educational opportunities, helping people build confidence, skills, and pathways towards volunteering, learning, or employment.

All support is free and offered at a human pace. We meet people where they are and walk alongside them as they move forward.

Our Groups

Our groups offer different ways for people to connect, feel supported, and focus on their wellbeing. All groups are free, non-clinical, and grounded in lived experience. Most sessions run on a drop-in basis and you’re welcome to attend in a way that feels right for you, whether that’s joining in fully or just being present.

How to Make a Referral?

You are welcome to attend any of our groups or activities on a drop-in basis, with no referral required. If you would like further information before attending, please contact us and a member of our team will be happy to help.

If you are a support provider or organisation wishing to refer someone to Come Together Hub, please complete the Contact Us form. A member of our team will be in touch to discuss the referral and next steps. All referrals and enquiries are handled sensitively and in line with our values of dignity, respect, and choice.
