Partnerships
We work in partnership with local organisations, statutory services and community groups to
provide support that reflects real community needs.
Through partnership working, we help reduce isolation, improve access to support, and
strengthen non-clinical pathways to recovery and wellbeing.
If you’re interested in working with us, please get in touch via our Contact Us page.
Our Role Locally
Come Together Hub works at a community level to support people affected by addiction, poor mental health, homelessness, and social isolation through lived-experience-led, non- clinical approaches. We engage individuals who may face barriers to accessing support or who feel more comfortable engaging within lived-experience settings. By building trust and offering accessible, community-based support, we help reduce isolation and create pathways into recovery, wellbeing, and community participation. Our outreach, group work and partnership activity complement existing provision and contribute to strong, joined-up local support systems.
How to Get Involved?
There are several ways organisations and services can work alongside Come Together Hub.
You can get involved by:
Partnering with us to deliver community-based groups, outreach, or activities
Referring or signposting people who may benefit from lived-experience-led support
Collaborating on training, education, or development opportunities
Working together to strengthen local recovery and wellbeing pathways
If you’re interested in getting involved, please contact us via our Contact Us page to start a conversation.
What is a LERO?
A Lived Experience Recovery Organisation (LERO) is an organisation that is shaped and informed by people with lived experience of addiction, recovery, mental health challenges or social exclusion. LERO’s play an important role within local support systems by offering insight, trust, and connection rooted in real experience. They work alongside statutory and voluntary services to enhance engagement, reduce barriers to access, and strengthen community-based recovery pathways.
At Come Together Hub, lived experience informs how we design and deliver our work, helping ensure services remain accessible, relevant, and grounded in the realities people face.
